Grand Canyon National Park has been asked to "do more with less" because of shrinking budgets, increasing visitation, and regular federal shutdowns. When they decided to work differently, they called Moline Creative to help them harvest great ideas from employees and leaders from across the park.
We learned that employees working in remote regions of the park had basic day-to-day needs like internet access, more social opportunities, and better housing - all of which the park is working on now. |

When a global manufacturing leader ran into problems scaling up production because of a communication gap, they called in Moline Creative to help translate. We asked leaders from engineering and purchasing what they valued about their work and what success looked like for them.
We found that everyone had shared goals, but the language they used and path they wanted to take differed. The team met to draw a map of success, which was broadly shared within the organization. |
